The Playon! DVD HD is the first to allow users to remotely schedule recording via the Web. It also has dual digital-TV tuners, enabling you to watch and record different channels at the same time.

Other functions include a Bit-Torrent client for direct downloading to its internal hard disk, built-in FTP and HTTP server for remote access via the Web for uploading and downloading.

It also has an eSata host port for faster data transfer between the internal disk and an external eSata hard disk.
